Healthy bodies, according to Dr. Laubscher, were meant to work in an alkaline condition. A pH of less than 7 is considered acidic, whereas a pH of higher than 7 is considered basic or alkaline. Your optimal pH range is 7.30 to 7.45, which is slightly alkaline.

How to use
Test urine: Put a tiny bit of urine into a cup and dip the litmus paper briefly into the liquid. Compare your findings to the pH color chart included with the package. The quantity of water you drink and the amount of acid-forming foods you eat alter the pH of your urine. With that, testing urine first thing in the morning is recommended.
Test saliva: We don’t advise in placing the test strips in your mouth for a saliva test. Swallow to stimulate fresh saliva, then transfer to a spoon and immerse the test strip pad into the saliva for 1-2 seconds. After 15 seconds, remove the test strip from the saliva in the spoon and compare the result to the pH color chart inside the package.
