How to use

The Skin Elixir

Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content. Take two capsules twice a day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Because of the B vitamins in the mix, which might affect sleep if taken too late, the capsules should be taken in the morning or at lunch.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Despite the inclusion of an inner leaf Aloe vera extract, we cannot ensure that the capsules are free of anthraquinones, which should not be ingested during pregnancy or nursing.

 

The Collagen Elixir

Take 2 teaspoons (4g) in 200 mL water or in your favorite beverage Use a dry spoon whenever possible, and eat within 60 days of opening.
