How to use

The Skin Elixir Directions for adults: Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content. Take two capsules twice a day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Because of the B vitamins in the mix, which might affect sleep if taken too late, the capsules should be taken in the morning or at lunch.
