SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

ELIGIBILITY

To benefit from our free shipping offer on eligible orders of $100 and over (after discounts and taxes), please select the option “Free Shipping” when checking out. Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-5 business days, depending on shipping destination and method of shipping.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Free Shipping Option will use the cheapest cost carrier for your location. We will use either Canada Post / UPS / Purolator. Since they deliver during the day, it is your responsibility to be present when they deliver. Returned package to us, will incur a fee equivalent to the real cost of shipping to your address. If you feel that it might not be a convenient option for you, we strongly recommend that you sign up for Canada Post FlexDelivery™ option.
  • Items shipping to some remote and rural postal codes are not eligible for Free Shipping and extra shipping fees can be charged.
  • Cancelling items on your order may affect your order’s eligibility for Free Shipping.
    For our Free Shipping option, the order will not ship until all items are available and in stock, which may affect delivery time.
  • Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.

*Orders of excessive weight or order being shipped to extremely rural areas may be subject to different shipping fees.

**Note: These ETA’s are approximate and we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order to arrive within these times as once your order has been shipped, delivery time is in the hands of the courier. For this reason, we ask that our customers allow a 2-8 business days for deliveries.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship all online orders Monday – Friday. On Canadian holidays, your order will ship the next available shipping day. Our goal is to process and ship your order the same business day it is received. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

  • Your credit card is charged when you place the order. Prompt refunds are made when necessary.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The availability of an item is clearly noted on the Product Detail page by the presence of the “Add To Cart” button. Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are not yet available or may be out of stock. When an item is out of stock, the Add To Cart button will be replaced with the message “Sorry but this item is currently unavailable.” For more information, please read the details below.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In stock items ship the same business day as long as your order is received before 2pm EST. Orders after 2pm, or those placed on the weekend and holidays will ship the next business day.

Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Delivery times to most Canada locations are typically 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

OUT OF STOCK (SORRY NO BACKORDERS)

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may be out-of-stock on certain products. If an item is out of stock, you won’t be able to add it to your shopping cart. Therefore, our policy is we don’t take back-orders for out of stock items. This is one of the ways we keep our costs down so you always get supplements at the lowest prices. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable, unless your order qualifies for FREE shipping in Canada.

DELIVERY

The delivery times are specified here. The order will be delivered to the address that you have indicated when ordering. If you have made an error in the address we will most likely not be able to change it for the present order, but you can easily make change it by signing in to your account and changing it in Your Address Book section for future orders.

We retain the rights to eliminate areas of Free Delivery on certain circumstances when shipping charges are too high. Products that are available on special offer can be limited to a ‘set’ amount by Solace Health Corp. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we may send the order to you without that specific product and ask you to reorder at a later date at or substitute for an alternative product.

We will always notify you if this is the case, and you have the right to refuse this option and you may even cancel your order.

With each order, you are receiving a tracking number by email from the delivery service being used to deliver your order. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to make sure that a person will be present on the expected day of delivery. If you know that you will not be present we strongly encourage you to select Canada Post as the delivery service or have the package delivered at your workplace. If you end up missing the delivery after a few attempts by the carrier, and the order is returned to us, we will contact you in order to ship your order for a second time (You will be liable for the actual shipping cost). If you don’t respond to our emails within 14 working days, yes you will get a store credit but we will keep the delivery costs that have been incurred by us at our attempts to deliver the products to you in the first place.

If you instruct Solace Health Corp. that you would like your delivery to be left outside your address, or other location, we will cease to have any liability to the products that have been left once our carrier has delivered your product.

ORDER POLICY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability by Solace Health Corp. If the goods ordered are not available, we will notify you by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will offer the option either to wait until the item becomes available from stock or to simply cancel your order.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the Solace Health Corp. goods and at any time, we have the right to reject such offers. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgement of your order which you may receive from us shall not be considered as an acceptance of your offer to purchase goods offered for sale on our solacehealthco.com website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you, whichever is the later, at which time we shall send you an e-mail confirming that the contract has been concluded (‘Shipped Confirmation’). The contract will relate only to those goods that we have confirmed in the Shipped Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other goods or services which may have been part of your order until the shipment of such goods has been confirmed in a separate Shipped Status Confirmation.

We will take all reasonable care and everything in our power to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party accesses any of the data provided by you when accessing or ordering from solacehealthco.com.

You will assume all risks for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you provided when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
